HCT’s UNESCO-UNEVOC Coaction Initiative Lead Center appointment will be celebrated on February 7, 2022, when it hosts an online signing and recognition ceremony in the presence of the head of the UNEVOC Network and the heads of the six partner institutions from Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceana. The six institutions are as follows:

1. Arusha Technical College, Tanzania
2. Centre for Flexible Learning, Sweden
3. Iloilo Science and Technology University, The Philippines
4. National Skills University, Pakistan
5. The National Higher Engineering School of Tunis, Tunisia
6. Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand

As a result of this international appointment, HCT will become a member of the UNEVOC Network’s Lead Centers Coaction Group, the aim of which is to advise on the Network’s work and how to strengthen collaboration among its members from around the globe.
