This program aims to prepare UAE Nationals to become future HCT faculty members, contributing to the success of our students, graduates, and the broader educational community.
PDP Vision:
To be the leading higher education and professional development program in the UAE; producing highly skilled Emirati faculty members equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel and take on leadership roles across all levels of higher education at HCT and beyond.
Program Academic Track
A comprehensive two-year training program at HCT, which includes completing a master’s degree at one of the UAE’s accredited universities in your field of specialization.
This track prepares you to serve as a Teaching Assistant and paves the way for a rewarding academic career at HCT.
