Admission and placements in all HCT credential programs are subject to the following criteria:.

General Admission Requirements

Emirati & “National Mother” applicants who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for admissions to the Higher Colleges of Technology, according to its established Admissions Policy and Regulations for the relevant programs:

Applied Bachelor

Direct Admissions

  • Elite or equivalent: HS 60%
  • Advanced or equivalent : HS 70%
  • General / Applied or equivalent: HS 80%
  • HS English: 80% (see alternatives)

Vocational Diploma

Direct Admissions

  • Advanced or equivalent: HS 60%
