International Relations Office continuously builds HCT international capacities by:

• Establishing and facilitation collaborative partnerships with international academic organizations and institutions
• Building opportunities for the international student mobility
• Supporting academic and applied research-related collaboration initiatives
• Providing information regarding study abroad opportunities for HCT students, graduates and alumni
• Collecting and sharing up-to-date information resources related with international trends in higher education
• Acting as a liaison for all internationally-born initiatives addressed to HCT
