The “Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair” reflects the Higher Colleges of Technology’s (HCT) commitment to empowering national talent and enhancing employment opportunities for Emiratis. Held under the patronage of the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, the first edition of the fair will take place from 30 April to 1 May 2025, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

As the largest higher education institution in the UAE, HCT aims through this initiative to reinforce its contribution to sustainable development by aligning academic outcomes with the needs of the job market.

The fair serves as a strategic annual platform that fosters direct engagement between Emirati students and graduates and a select group of government entities and private sector companies. It offers quality opportunities for employment and professional training in the Al Dhafra region, enabling young Emiratis to join advanced work environments and build promising career paths.

The event also aspires to establish itself as a pivotal platform for career development and employment in the region, by creating an interactive environment that connects individual ambitions with real job opportunities, while strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors to support the UAE’s future vision of a sustainable economy.
