If you are a current-year high school graduate and have selected HCT as one of your study options:

  • You will receive an admission offer via the email address provided in your application.
  • To confirm your seat, click the link included in the admission offer email.
  • Once your acceptance is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email with your student ID, account details, and password.

If you are a current-year high school graduate and have selected HCT as one of your study options:

  • Contact the OneHCT Service Center at 800663428 to check the status of your application.
  • Alternatively, visit the ‘Hayyak at HCT’ Center at any HCT campus.
  • Bring your Emirates ID and your application number from the Ministry of Higher Education system.

If you have selected HCT as one of your study options, you must complete the following steps before starting your National Service:

  • Review the admission requirements for the next semster on the HCT website.
  • Ensure you have submitted your application through the Ministry of Higher Education portal.
  • Complete all required documents.
  • Your application will be reviewed, and you will receive a response after completing National Service.

The New Student Orientation at HCT will be held from 5 to 9 January 2026.
Please confirm dates with your campus.

Classes for all students begin on 12 January 2026.

  • New female high school graduates.
  • New male high school graduates granted exemption or postponement of National Service.
  • Male high school graduates from the previous academic year who have completed National Service.

You can apply to change your program during the New Student Orientation Week if you meet the admission requirements and there are available seats.

Yes, depending on GPA, work experience, and seat availability:

  • Direct Admission: Requires GPA 3.5 or above and available seats.
  • Conditional Admission:
    • *GPA 2.8–3.5: Requires 1 year of work experience and available seats.
    • *GPA 2.0–2.8: Requires 2 years of work experience and available seats.
