The innovative research work of Dr. Zahoor Khan, CIS Assistant Professor at the HCT-Fujairah campuses, has seen him placed in an elite cohort of Stanford University’s top 2% most-cited scientists, across various disciplines.

Dr. Khan has multidisciplinary research endeavors in emerging wireless and sensor technologies and is a co-investigator of an HCT Interdisciplinary Research Grant.

His research interests include the fields of e-Health pervasive wireless applications, theoretical and practical applications of Wireless Sensor Networks, Smart Grids and Internet of Things.

He has published numerous research papers, book chapters numerous conference proceedings, with 7000-plus citations, as per Google Scholar.
