Job Application

You are welcome to apply to any vacancies listed on our website. You must complete the candidate profile online, ensuring all mandatory sections are complete. Please note that if your candidate profile is not complete within 28 days of registering it will be removed from the system and you will be required to re-register.

Screening

Once you have applied for a position your application will be assessed through a screening process and the result will be notified via an automated email. If you are successful through the screening stage, your application will be assigned to the talent pool of applicants awaiting interview. Please ensure that the most current information is on your candidate profile which will enable us to better assess your suitability for roles at HCT.

Interview

If you are selected for interview you will be assessed by an interview panel, either through video conference or face-to-face. The interviews will be video recorded and used strictly for selection purposes. The records will be stored and handled with a high level of confidentiality.

Selection and Approval

If selected for a vacant position, your application will be submitted to Senior Management for final approval.

Clearances

Internal and External clearances are required for all UAE based positions. An offer of employment is conditional on the successful completion of all clearance formalities and satisfactory employment references.

Employment Contract

On receiving the required approvals, the signed Employment Contract which constitutes an offer of employment from the Higher Colleges of Technology is sent to the candidate.

Ready to Onboard

The candidate has to send the signed Employment Contract within 5 working days from date of receiving the Contract. The candidate can then contact the designated Human Resource Personnel for the onboarding formalities.
