The HCT Academy for Developing Emirati Faculty (HADEF) program prepares UAE Nationals to become HCT faculty members and contribute to the success of our students and graduates.

HADEF’s vision is to become a paramount higher education, professional development program in the UAE, producing highly skilled Emirati faculty who will have the knowledge, skills and competencies to excel further, and gain the potential to hold roles at all levels of higher education in HCT as well as in UAE.

SANAD Program is a development and employment Platform for HCT UAE national graduates to prepare them for career opportunities, enhance their work-ready skills and support them to find employment opportunity in order to boost the HCT graduates employability and stay committed to support the UAE National Agenda.

SANAD is linked to the national agenda with an aim to improve the employability of the UAE nationals offering genuine employment opportunities within the HCT and the government as well as private organizations within the UAE.

The process involves stringent selection, training and placement of the candidates and participants. The aim is to secure sustainable employment at the end of the program and offering the various sectors with highly skilled and trainer performers.

Application requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Preferable.
• GPA = 3.0 and above.
• IELTS = 5.5 or equivalent.

The submission process also includes an interview assessment of your thinking abilities, your behavior, and proficiency in English.
